  6. In the same sauce pan add a touch of olive oil and toss in the garlic and let it flavor the oil for a few.
  7. Turn the heat up and add all the vegetables except green onions. Season with Italian herb seasoning and salt cook for about 2 mins then transfer to a bowl.
