- Whisk eggs, oil, yogurt together. Mix wet ingredients with dry. Fold in apples and transfer to baking dish. Bake for 30-40mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool at least 10mins. Transfer to a rack to cool completely. Enjoy. I layered mine with a vanilla slice from a previous bake.

Sieve the flour and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Cut up the cooking apples into small pieces and add them to the dry mix. Next chop the apples into small dice (with or without peel, just as you like).
