  14. {Prepare 1 tbsp of ground white pepper.
  15. {Take 2 teaspoons of cumin.
  16. {Get to taste of Chilli.
  17. {Prepare 2 teaspoons of salt.
  18. {Take to taste of Fresh parsley, very finely chopped.
  19. {Take 1 of lettuce washed and patted dry for serving.

Traditionally they are prepared with raw ground meat, cooking while kneaded by hand with many spices and bulgur for a very long time, requiring lots of hand and elbow power.   1. For vegan Cig Köfte, put the bulgur in a large bowl and pour 1 liter of hot water over it. Stir everything with a spoon, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let soak for about 10 minutes..
  2. Add spring onions, pointed peppers, tomatoes, ground walnuts, paprika pulp, tomato paste, olive oil and spices and knead everything very well with your hands (put on gloves). If necessary, add more salt and spices to taste. Finally add the parsley and knead everything again..
