- Take off heat, let it cool, add coriander and mix, set aside and set up assembly..

- Dip patty in egg wash and drop into bread crumbs, roll on all sides to coat evenly..
- Drizzle pan with oil, when hot, place patties on pan, cook until golden brown on both sides and serve.
