- Pour water over the meat and boil untill it is cooked..
- In a deep pan add ghee,garlic and coriander,fry the mixture..
- Peel tomatoes, remove the seeds. Finely dice the tomatoes.
- When meat is cooked add tomato puree,salt, pomegranate molasses,and fried garlic mixture, leaving the mixture to boil and condense with stirring from time to time..
- Add okra and tomatoes to the sauce,and slowly mix.
- Shake the stew pot, without stiring,so as okra doesn’t damaged during cooking..
- Cook for 30 minutes,on low heat. Pure okra in a deep serving bowl, serve hot with rice (vermicelli rice).
