  4. Mix chicken and add half of what's left of bottle of BBQ sauce, leaving some BBQ sauce left over..
  5. Cover with foil after mixing well & refrigerate atleast 30 minutes.
  6. When ready, add to pan. You can keep peppers &Onions separate to one side of pan if you choose or on top of chicken & add remaining BBQ sauce on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes. Then let sit for about 3 minutes before serving. And Enjoy!.

Add chicken to remaining barbecue sauce. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat remaining oil in the skillet over medium heat, and stir in the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and onion. Also, I messed up and added the barbecue sauce in the beginning; it still turned out okay, but next time I'd like to try it as written, and see how it turns out. I used pre-made grilled chicken seasoning, garlic powder and a little cayenne, as well as salt and pepper, to flavor the chicken.
